Day 3

I didn't weigh myself this morning like I was going to try not to. It was tempting though!

Last night I went to the Relief Society birthday party dinner. I was a little nervous how my will power would hold out. They served yummy shredded chicken on rolls, salad and dessert. I took a heaping pile of salad, added a little of the chicken on top and called it good. It was really yummy. The chicken was marinated in root bear and bbq sauce, so I know there was some sugar in it, but I didn't have that much of it, and it wasn't dripping in it or anything. And I passed on the roll and the dessert. YAY ME! I do have will power!

Yesterday I was really hungry most of the day, so I tried drinking as much water as I could to curb it. I've been drinking more like 10-12 glasses a day. It didn't really help, but I haven't been eating as much as have in the past. I just need to get used to eating better! And not all day! :)

I did not exercise yesterday. Never really got a chance. I went walking this morning though, for about an hour.

What I've had so far today is:
hot water with lemon juice - which is supposed to stimulate your digestive juices
green tea capsule and b-12 vitamin
plain yogurt with berries and stevia added
apple

And yes, I'm still hungry. I'll have some more water! mmmmm :)

Even though I don't know how much I've lost yet, my stomach is a little flatter. Shockingly, I think my body likes me to eat this way! Who knew?
